Doug was raised in humble beginnings in the Ozark mountains in southwest Missouri. His small town upbringing with big time values has proven to resonate within the sales & business community.

While earning his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado Business School, he started a sales and marketing company that rapidly expanded across the western U.S. in his late 20’s.

He had partnerships operating nine franchise restaurants. In 2010 he became certified as an instructor of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

In late 2006, Doug accepted the role of General Manager at a small contracting business in Colorado. In his second year at the helm, he led the company from $3,500,000 in residential projects to over $7,000,000. The following year, his company was named by Inc Magazine as one of the Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in America in 2009. Since 2010, Doug has worked with over 1,000 small businesses nationwide to help them implement powerful sales, marketing, leadership, and business development strategies.

In 2015, Doug partnered with a small company in Denver, CO as Co-Owner. His leadership and proven business strategies spurred an astonishing 100% growth year-over-year for three years running. Despite being in business for 18 years previously, his strategies equated to millions of dollars in growth each year. One of the largest international equipment manufacturers then recognized his new company as their Partner of The Year two out of three years just 18 months after Doug joined the ownership team!

In 2018 Doug became a partner and the Chief Operations Officer at SleepSana, an all-natural sleep aid now being distributed regionally in Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, HyVee, and many others.

Alison Repp

Alison was raised in Denver, Colorado, as an only child by a single mother who instilled values of determination, resiliency in the face of hardship, and attending to herself and others with a holistic approach.

During her undergrad years, Alison worked in door-to-door sales where she was quickly promoted to a manager, recruiter, and trainer.

She continued to work in sales after her undergraduate degree in business-to-business, business-to-consumer, and retail sales. Her natural ability to rapidly build rapport, authentic connections and ongoing relationships led to her success in every endeavor.

Her determination pushed her to go on to Graduate School to fulfill her dream of becoming a Psychotherapist. She started her private practice in 2015, mainly working with executive men and women. After a year, she was asked to facilitate soft skills training for sales teams at companies such as St. Jude Medical, Abbott Laboratories, and General Electric, which launched her into speaking engagements ranging from 20 people to international audiences of over 250 people.

The methods Alison uses are counterintuitive but powerful for creating long-term, sustainable transformations. She teaches techniques that become habitual over time and inspire people to use their time, energy, and effort on creating satisfaction in their personal and professional lives.

Jourdan DuFort

Jourdan moved to Colorado at the ripe old age of 18 to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder, and now refers to himself as a recovering New Yorker. Simply put, it means he’s much easier to get along with as an adult than he was in his younger days!  

During his sophomore year in college, he realized he’d rather attend the school of hard knocks than continue with his professional education. It was shortly thereafter, he got little bit

more than he had bargained for, having a near-death experience that changed the course of his life forever.  

Having fractured his skull into his inner ear during a freak accident, and then being fortunate enough to recover from a coma, his neurosurgeon shared the words he would never forget… 

“Jourdan, you had 6 hematomas on your brain, and blood is like poison to your brain. When people come in here with one or two, they’re either dead or vegetables for the rest of their lives. Not only do we not know how you’re completely cognizant, but we don’t even know how you’re alive.” 

Shortly after leaving the surgeon’s office that day, wondering why he got a second chance, he stumbled across his first self-development book; The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Dr. Covey’s book, and the content contained therein, inspired Jourdan to redefine his life’s mission “to inspire and influence others to live better lives.” 

He was introduced to Doug Wyatt at the sales and marketing company Doug had started while he was attending The University of Colorado. Jourdan was instrumental continue in expanding that company’s footprint, and a lifelong friendship between the two was born.  

This experience with Doug, and his teachings, launched Jourdan into his own career in professional sales. By the time he had reached his mid-twenties, he had begun helping to expand well-funded software companies in the B2B space out of Silicon Valley, penetrating both hyper-growth organizations as well as Fortune 500s.  

During this time, Jourdan invented The 27-Second Opener, which is now used by hundreds of inside sales teams globally and has generated over $360M in B2B sales. The 27-Second Opener is endorsed by Chris Voss, the former lead FBI Hostage negotiator and best-selling author of “Never Split The Difference,”  

After leveraging these opportunities in software to build a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio, and generating vast amounts of passive income, he found himself investing most of his time kite surfing down in Mexico, while working to decide what he wanted to do for the rest of his life.  

He is now a partner at Synergy Learning Systems, alongside Doug Wyatt and Alison Repp, heading up strategy and staffing through worldwide recruitment efforts. He loves investing his time serving our customers and helping to change lives for the better. 

It’s been a circuitous route, but he’s finally found his home for the final stretch of his career, working together towards creating a better future for others.
