Doug began his business career with $23 in the bank, founding a door-to-door sales company in college that quickly expanded across 7 states, employing over 500 students. By the time he entered into his late twenties, he was a partner in nine franchise restaurants in Denver, CO. From 2006 to 2012, he led explosive growth as GM of a contracting company in Colorado Springs, earning Inc. 5000’s recognition in 2009. Over his career, Doug has trained over 1,000 small businesses and 5,000+ salespeople, providing sales solutions for major firms like Fairway Mortgage, General Electric, and United Technologies. In 2015, he co-owned a small Ma & Pa HVAC business, transforming its culture and sales, gaining millions in market share, and earning Lennox Partner of the Year in only 14 months. Known for delivering impactful training, Doug has also spoken at over 50 keynotes across North America.
